What were Hitler's and Churchill's view on democracy compared with dictatorship?

Hitler like many Germans of the time hated democracy and thought it 'weak' (they respected only the military, kings and dictators). Churchill who was half American and 'all' British loved and respected democracy and thought it a great strength.
