A little bit about Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill.?
He once said "All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a single word: freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope." In England's darkest hour and when no one would help, he was the cohesive force that kept the people of England together during the Blitzkrieg. Search online for famous speeches and you will see one of the most, if not the most, famous speeches ever given in a time of despair and hopelessness. He told the people that we will never surrender and will fight on the hills and in the fields against the tyranny and occupation threatened by Germany. He was absolutely right concerning the above quote because in time Japan attacked at Pearl Harbor and brought the US totally into the war defending England and Europe. He knew the US would commit if everybody would just hold on a bit longer. He was as tough and resilient as a raging bull, and that persona effected others to persevere and fight, although all appeared dismal.
