How does the Stalin-Churchill percentage agreement contradict Churchill's "Iron Curtain" speech?

Alright, I know about the Churchill-Stalin percentage agreement, and then Churchill's "Sinews of Passage" speech in which he addressed Eastern-Europe as being behind an 'iron curtain', and blamed Stalin for this. This was the start of the spread of anti-soviet propaganda in the US. What I am interested in knowing is how did Churchill's "Sinews of Passage" speech flatly contradict the percentage agreement between Churchill and Stalin? I assume it has to do with control of the territories that were discussed at the percentage agreement but I am unable to figure out the specifics.
