Was there any earthquakes or tremors reported in Churchill, Tennessee on June 14?

If you mean Church Hill northwest of Johnson City, there was a 2.0 earthquake 5 miles northwest of Sevierville at 7:23pm on June 11. So far www.earthquake.usgs.gov has not reported one for June 14. Check that site tomorrow for updates. I doubt you would have felt a 2.0 at that distance. It may have been a cave collapse that you felt.
