Is George Osborne the next Winston Churchill? Young, charismatic, full of energy, Conservative?

I don't mind UK conservatives. I highly doubt he'll be the next Winston who had a war which soared his popularity to unknown heights. I really hope he doesn't become the next one. Cheers!
