How good is the dazzle capture card?

I'm looking to capture some ps3 games so I can upload them onto youtube. I don't need amazing 1080i HD quality or anything. I just want to capture video that is clear and legible for a pretty low price, which the dazzle is. As long as the video is clear and things like text can be pretty easily made out that's really all I need, I don't want an excess in quality. Is a dazzle good for this, can anyone give me some info (or better yet, examples) on what the dazzle can do? Is it cheap for a reason or is it really good at what it does?
