Could this Churchill quote be any more relevant today when you look at the state of American democracy?

I'd say that a better thought is, "Ultimately in a democracy, you get what you deserve." So we deserve what we got with every single one of our politicians. So whether you want to blame Obama, Bush, or go back to Clinton, we have to take responsibility for the fact that we went somewhere and said that we wanted them.
